IBEX 2023: Showcasing Innovation in the Marine Industry

The International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition and Conference (IBEX) 2023, held from October 3rd to October 5th, proved to be a resounding success, attracting record-breaking attention and attendees with more than 8,600 industry professionals from 70 countries. 

Sensar Marine’s Attendance: The Boat Monitor

Sensar Marine secured a booth at IBEX 2023 with its award-winning product, The Boat Monitor. This innovative solution offers a 24/7 remote monitoring system for critical boat systems, providing users with real-time insights accessible directly from their smartphones.

The Boat Monitor features an array of features designed to enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of boat operations. Bilge pump sensors and tracking, GPS location and trip logging, and monitoring battery levels are just a few of the capabilities that set this product apart.

Attendees at the IBEX exhibition had the opportunity to explore these features firsthand at the Sensar Marine booth. The interactive demonstrations allowed visitors to see how The Boat Monitor could revolutionize the way they manage and monitor their vessels. IBEX 2023 served as a pivotal platform for Sensar Marine to showcase innovation and connect with industry leaders.

IBEX 2023: A Resounding Success

The event, hosted at a time when the marine industry faced various challenges, from the effects of the pandemic to the impact of Hurricane Ian, exceeded expectations. There were 6,825 visits from over 4,600 visitors with 72% coming from the United States, and 27% representing the rest of the globe. “Seeing the crowded aisles, and hearing from many exhibitors about the critical business that took place during the show was extremely satisfying. We want to thank everyone that was involved in helping make IBEX 2023 one of the best yet,” said Anne Dunbar, IBEX Show Director. The strong representation of industry professionals and the high attendance provide great excitement for the marine industry and what the future may hold for future events.
